Fermented Essentials Refund/Return Policy
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the entire purchase price of your initial can of Fermented Essentials, including shipping. If more than one can was purchased, you must return any unopened product to receive a full refund of those additional cans.
Contact our client service desk anytime at support@FermentedEssentials.com to receive a refund. If you are returning unopened cans, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) along with our return address.
Important: Return postage is the responsibility of the client and we recommend using a delivery confirmation to avoid any delays. All packages that are returned as undeliverable or refused will be refunded the purchase price of the product minus the shipping fees incurred by refusal of the package.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 72 hours of your request or receipt of unused product. Please allow up to five days for your bank to process the refund.
